Traci Bild, Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Bild & Co is a nationally recognized expert in real estate investment and operations with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Her journey first began in the seniors housing sector at just 26 years old when a Life Plan operator picked up a copy of Traci's first book in an airport bookstore. Impressed by her insight and expertise, the operator hired Traci as a consultant to improve financial performance, resulting in a $4M increase in operating revenue in just six months.

Traci's candid, tell-it-like-it-is style quickly resonated with industry executives, leading to an invitation to speak at a conference. The response was overwhelming, and she found herself with more business than she could handle. "I found my soul mate by accident that day, the seniors housing industry! I was pulled in and never left," she recalls.

In response to demand, Traci grew her team and founded Bild & Co, a real estate performance consulting firm that has consulted with hundreds of operating portfolios representing a multitude of real estate assets in the US, UK, and Canada. Under her leadership, Bild & Co has helped clients grow their revenues by over $5.4B to date.
